Marité BUSI

Both born in the Dordogne, when in the 80's they fell in love with the island of Ré and established 'Le Pied d'Alouette'.

Their grand father was a cabinet maker while their grand mother was a lice maker.

Their mother  had a shop in Sarlat selling colorful Souleiado fabrics. All this inspired the two sisters to carry on the artistic tradition, thus their hands now transform white silk into marvellous paintings.
